A key facility for the rowing community located close to the centre of Hobart on the River Derwent. This modern training facility serves rowers from the Tasmanian Institute of Sport, the Tasmania University Boat Club, the Buckingham Rowing Club and Guilford Young, St Mary’s College and St Virgil’s College.
It includes a multi-purpose hall, a gymnasium, facilities for community programs, disabled facilities, enhancements to the foreshore and kitchen and dining areas.
